Our HARDCORE RUNNING track workouts started from a simple goal — to bring runners of all paces together and provide free access to proper knowledge and technique. As running continues to grow, it becomes increasingly exclusive. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to improve — regardless of their experience or budget.
Each week’s workout is carefully designed and tailored to each runner’s training plan and skill level. Coach PJ leads a structured program that’s both challenging and rewarding, helping you build speed, confidence, and consistency over time.
