Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the recipient's destination.

We currently ship all domestic orders via UPS.

Tracking

Once your package leaves the warehouse, we'll email you a tracking number. You can click the tracking number in that email anytime to see where your package is.

Delivery dates are Monday - Saturday, excluding all major holidays.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any delays to your package delivery while it is in the possession of the carrier. Delays can be caused by, but are not limited to, weather, holidays, increased workload during peak season, vehicle breakdowns, etc. Please refer to the tracking information on the carrier's website for the most up-to-date information. Be aware that it can take multiple days for new updates to appear. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to most countries and regions. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient (importer of record).

The recipient is responsible for complying with all import regulations and paying any applicable fees required by local customs authorities.
We are unable to control or predict these charges, and we cannot be held liable for any delays or additional costs caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
