RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted in the case of:

  • Receiving the wrong item.

  • The item is defective.

  • The item is sold out.

Due to the scale of our operations, we are currently unable to accept returns for any other reasons.

EXCHANGES

A one-time size exchange is available for customers, provided it is requested within 3 days of receiving the item and is for the same product.

We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been worn or damaged by the customer.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs related to exchanges.

When sending items back, please use a shipping service that includes tracking.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery issues that may occur during the return shipment.
